Hello Grigoris,

We had good tours of Bulgaria and Romania then two nights at Thessaloniki on our way home. That gave us time to visit the Folklife Museum, walk along the wall at the top of the city and back down to our hotel and, next day, to see a lot of churches and historic sites we hadn't previously visited.

We like Thessaloniki. The Archaeological, Byzantine and Folk museums are all excellent and there is a wealth of interesting buildings, ancient sites and statues, as well as attractive parkland along the waterfront, clean streets and so on.

My photos have been developed and I am pleased with them. However I have a question to ask you.

The church at Neohoraki looks so good, particularly the interior, that I wonder if it could have been new, or perhaps completely restored, since my step mother was born in Neoharaki in 1925 ? I would much appreciate it if you could anwer this question for me.

I want to write to her about what we saw at Neohoraki, Itea and Florina, and send her some photos, but before I tell her that she was probably baptised in the Neohoraki church, I would like to be sure that this was possible.

We really enjoyed our tour with you. We will have good memories of it for a long time.
