Once you have the information you can go to an agency like Greece Flights that specializes in flights to Greece and compare his prices with what you have found. He will also tell you if he can beat what you have found or whether you are likely to find better elsewhere. The days that you could go to Expedia or Travelocity and find the best deal are over. (They went fast too didn't they? ) You can still find cheap flights to Greece but you have to work a little bit harder. This is a good place to start even if this is just a practice run.
